Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers basic and clean rooms without air conditioning, ideal for those seeking simplicity and proximity to a metro stop. However, noise from morning tennis games in the courtyard may disrupt sleep for late risers. The hotel features a romantic theme, perfect for special occasions.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Tribe hotel. The rooms were very nice and cozy, located at the 'cote de jardin' which means at the back, but it was disappointing that the price I had to pay was way above what I had initially budgeted, so I couldn't stay here this time.
The hotel was suitable for a short stay, but the noise from the street and morning tennis games in the courtyard made it hard to sleep in past 8 AM. The non-smoking rooms were decent for a quick visit.
The hotel rooms are small and very old, the parking is expensive, and the Wi-Fi is bad. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is amazing, making it a perfect surprise for a romantic occasion. Unfortunately, the price hike from the previous month was way above my company's expense limits, so I couldn't stay at the Tribe this time.
I was really looking forward to staying at the Tribe, but unfortunately, the price was way above what I had paid before, so I had to move on. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated having a kettle and coffee machine, which is rare for European hotels. The room was basic but adequate with basic furniture, a TV set, a personal safe, soundproof windows, and a bath instead of a shower.
The hotel is located in a lovely residential area with plenty of nearby activity, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The rooms are spacious with nice bubble baths, although a bit dated and in need of a modern facelift and new beds. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the booking being canceled last minute, but the location in Paris makes up for it.
